Timeframe for Returns: You have 90 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and that’s perfectly okay. If you need to return an item after the initial 90-day period, simply reach out to us. Returns beyond this timeframe require approval, and we’ll work closely with you to find the best solution.

Return Shipping: For non-defective items, the freight cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend selecting a reliable shipping method to ensure the safe transit of your return. Remember, returns must arrive at our facility in like-new condition to receive full credit. If you’re returning a defective product, please contact us before shipping, and we’ll provide a return shipping label. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping costs for returns due to failure to request and use a prepaid shipping label.

RMA Form: To streamline the return process, we kindly ask that you complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form helps us understand the reason for the return and ensures efficient handling. Be sure to include the RMA form with your return so that credit can be properly applied.

Restocking Fee Policy: When returning items credited back to your credit card, a 5% restocking fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this fee helps cover administrative costs associated with processing returns. However, please note that product exchanges and returns for store credit will not incur a restocking fee, provided all other stated return policies have been adhered to.
